Geoffrey Kilonzo is the founder of Centre for Housing Excellence, an outfit that has partnered with Kenyan Counties to promote property and investments in the counties. He is the current General Manager of Urithi Housing Co-operative Society, who are pacesetter in providing Affordable housing. He moved to the position after serving successfully as a transformative Chief Operations Officer.
He previously worked with Rafiki Microfinance as Head of Housing and Asset Finance and also at an acting capacity of Head of Product Development. At Rafiki MFB and The Mortgage Company Ltd, He developed award winning housing microfinance products and initiated strong partnerships between the financial institutions, Housing Co-operatives, construction companies and Bamburi (Lafarge) to offer innovative affordable housing products.
In collaboration with Frankfurt School of Finance, Geoffrey carried out a survey and trainings on Modelling Housing Microfinance products in Kenya in 2014. He attended the Mic
He also participated in the Habitat for Humanity and Africa Development Bank survey on Affordable Housing in Africa where he represented Kenya in Addis Ababa.
He is a published Author by Westbow publishers, a Division of Thomas Nelson and Zondervan,a book dubbed the Art of Success book. He seats in several Management Boards.
Geoffrey Holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management and undertaking his Masters of Arts in Leadership.
